Contact Let's Be Happy

If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We never pass on this data without your consent. The data you provide is necessary for the registration of the processing or the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we will not be able to contact you later or complete the registration with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. The data is exclusively intended for Audrey Hendel. This information is confidential and kept by Audrey Hendel. For certain legitimate reasons, your personal data may be communicated, or even processed, by third parties (taxation, IT maintenance). We understand that during shamanic or psychological sessions private and sensitive information is often shared. As psychological counsellor and shamanic healer, I have a shared duty of confidentiality and as such, all of our services are strictly confidential. All of the information that you share with me will remain between us, unless:

  • You have given us consent to share certain information. As a rule, informed consent will be obtained in written form with a few exceptions. An example of such is obtaining verbal consent due to time-sensitive circumstances followed-up by written consent at a better suited time.
  • We are ordered to break confidentiality by a court of law.
  • That the confidentiality of this information cannot be maintained in order to prevent harm.

Rights of the data subject

The person has the possibility to exercise his right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, limitation of processing, portability of their personal data, right not to be subject to an automated individual decision and right to revoke their consent, regarding the personal data he has transmitted.
